Job Description

Our established experience in project management naturally extends to crafting exceptional interior design solutions for residential and commercial spaces. This focus reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering value across all project stages, merging functionality, creativity, and precision.
For the project management function, we are hiring the following positions, if you are interested to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present interior design concepts for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Create detailed floor plans, mood boards, color palettes, material selections, and lighting schemes.
  • Source and select furniture, finishes, textiles, and accessories that complement the overall design vision.
  • Ensuring interior spaces are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with client preferences and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of design concepts.
  • Provide design solutions that meet budgetary and spatial constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies to offer innovative solutions.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
  • Provide design presentations and revisions based on client feedback.
  • Conduct site visits to assess space, measure dimensions, and oversee installations.
  • Ensure all design elements are executed according to plan, making adjustments as necessary during the project lifecycle.


 

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency level in the following Software:
  • AutoCAD: Technical drawings and detailed joinery specifications
  • 3D MAX: 3D modeling and design visualization
  • Photoshop & Illustrator: Concept presentations and mood boards
  • Bachelor's degree of fine or applied arts.
  • Creative and ergonomic design solutions.
  • Material knowledge, especially wood, metal, and textiles.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
  • Strong eye for aesthetics and functionality.
  • + 5 years' experience in furniture design, with a portfolio showcasing original designs and custom solutions.


Work Environment:

  • Ability to work both in an office setting and on-site for project assessments and installations.
  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and project oversight.
  • Flexible working hours depending on project deadlines and requirements.
