Job Description
- Managing BA team ( 4 members) attendance, performance, schedules, utilization, etc.
- Establish the BA team objectives and set implementation plan after Quality manager approval.
- Responsible for all communication with Incorta team.
- Assign and distribute tickets among team.
- Handle the high priority and statistical analysis requests.
- Create main schemas on Incorta,
- Handle adding and/or removing any new user on Incorta.
- Conduct frequent meeting with Dept. Managers.
- Attend weekly meeting with the CEO and Quality Manager.
Job Requirements
- Graduation from Faculty of Economics and Political Science , information Technology or Computer Science
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Statistical, mathematical, analytical, and data modeling background, at least 3 years of experience in the statistical analysis and data modeling
- Experience in applied research or data management.
- Ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable reports.
- Familiar with SQL and data visualization.
- Worked with BI tool before
