Car Maintenance/ Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• 1. Receives and reviews daily maintenance reports from the Fleet Controller.
• 2. Follow up periodical and emergency maintenance work (mechanics - electricity - plumbing) in accordance with the approved quality standards and in accordance with the Automotive Manual.
• 3. Making sure of the actual diagnosis of the malfunction before maintenance and the supervisor the final review after the completion of the maintenance.
• 4. Follows up the supervisor's work from receiving and delivering cars to technicians.
• 5. Ensures that drivers follow up on the availability and safety of emergency equipment and the levels of car fluids, including oils and water, according to the approved inspection form, and provides notes on problems that have not been reported.
• 6. Reviewing the number of recovered cars after completing their maintenance and submitting a report on it (error in the installation of spare parts - defective parts - wrong diagnosis).
• 7. Ensures that all fleet cars go through maintenance on a weekly basis throughout the days, according to the approved plan.
• 8. Review the stock, follow up the exchange of spare parts and write purchase requisitions according to consumption and budget, and approved by the department head.
• 9. Ensures the cleanliness of the interior and exterior cars and follows up on their washing.
