Job Description

Job Purpose

Video Editor, and other equally talented eccentrics – to consistently deliver polished, award-worthy

diligently. You always keep the brief in your pocket. It might be the first and last thing you read
every day. You own a brand's guidelines close to your heart.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs.
• Cross-channel perfection: One concept, so many messaging mediums – you are a master at making an idea
translate effectively and flawlessly across all marketing assets.
• Mastery in developing concepts and designs for large cross-channel initiatives across online and offline media.
• Exhibit a strong belief in putting the idea at the center of the work and show excellent visual storytelling skills
and know-how to design native digital and social work across all channels of the eco-system.
• Produce the design and artwork for social media content, Reels, branding materials, GIFs, and videos.
• Create assets that follow the creative brief concepts and adhere to good visual design practices.
• Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter
• Produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize ideas
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
• Working with the brand manager to evaluate company needs, develop project strategies, and create visual
elements for ad campaigns.
• Research design and creative solutions across markets and audiences to incorporate into creative campaigns
and adhere to brand style guides.
• Utilize proven art skills and experience to create and implement new projects.
• Attending creative meetings and assisting in brainstorming concepts for upcoming projects/marketing
strategies & creating mood boards.
• Deliver exceptional creative consistently to committed deadlines and time constraints.
• Accurately scope and estimate personal time to meet creative project requirements

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design 
  • Hands-on experience with manipulation techniques, logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, and package design.
  • Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Passionate about designs with excellent attention to details skills.
