Job Description
- Handle, Manage and develop all IT requirements related.
- Managing IT Team in terms of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
- Troubleshooting system, Network problems, Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Manage CRM System.
- IT Manager reports to Top Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- 7 - 10 Years experience including managerial role.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
