Job Description
- Assessing project requirements
- Preventive & Overhaul maintenance for centrifugal& integral gear gas compressors (Siemens, Atlas Copco, Man Turbo, Cameron, Ingersoll Rand)
- Preventive & Overhaul maintenance for centrifugal & gear & screw pumps ( Gould, Cryostar, Ingersoll Rand, Sulzar)
- Preventive & Overhaul maintenance for expansion turbines
- Preventive & Overhaul maintenance machine gearboxes
- Preventive & Overhaul maintenance for cryogenic system equipment
- Overhauling for static equipment (valves, PSVs ,Heat exchangers)
- Provide QC and engineering support for plant issues.
- Maintenance technical troubleshooting failures and repair.
- Responsible for mechanical maintenance engineering works.
- Review all materials and spares, which required for maintenance activities.
- Participate in technical investigation, studies, problem review ad provide sound engineering evaluations and recommendations actions
- Measuring the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines
- Agreeing budgets, timescales and specifications with clients and managers
- Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient
- Using computer-aided design/modelling software
- Liaising with suppliers &Undertaking relevant research
- Producing and implementing designs and test procedures
- Presenting designs to managers and clients
- Testing, evaluating, modifying and re-testing products
- Writing reports and documentation
- Providing technical advice
- Analyzing and interpreting data.
Job Requirements
- Males only
- Experience in Manufacturing is a MUST
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Good grade at least.
- From 5 to 9 years of experience.
- Good in Auto-Cad , Solid work, And Rev-it.
