Job Description
- Source, evaluate and streamline top talent
- Create and maintain a database of top talent for future positions
- Monitor the industry, identify and recommend human resource management best practices to implement
- Keep job requirements and descriptions up to date for all positions
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Provide decision support to HR Director through HR metrics
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of proven working experience in HR
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Basic knowledge of Egyptian labor law
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or Management would be preferred
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills
