Job Description
- Ensure the existence of an adequate H&S policy.
- Undertaking regular inspection and risk assessment.
- Ensure that any hazards or defects are managed, considered, and rectified immediately.
- Record and investigate any accident, recommending any improvements in the existed H&S plan if required.
- Train all staff in various H&S topics and advising them on P.P.E where necessary.
- Perform regular audits daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Following up renewing courses and medical for all resources.
- Following up with newly hired resources and make their safety compliant.
- Follow up newly hired drivers, make them safety compliant, and make sure that cars meet our health and safety requirements.
- Daily monitoring for GPS status and speed violations.
- Following up on the vehicle's maintenance and tire change.
- Working on PPE issues.
- Following up on the purchasing of PPE.
- Working to close our and Nokia audit findings and take the necessary action.
- Applying the regulation of penalties for the field violations and drivers violations following our H&S team investigation.
- Induction sessions and refreshments for all resources to cover all aspects.
- Recording accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- following up the group pictures including risk assessment and journey management plan.
- Creating our daily plan for the Nokia team.
