Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced financial services representative who specializes in the financial and foreign exchange markets and works in 6October - Egypt
Duties:
- Responsible for ensuring that all customers’ inquiries are handled on timely manner, also responsible for Quality Assurance and Problems solving,
- Directly deals with customers face-to-face, or by telephone, handle follow up calls /escalations hard calls when required.
- Receive and record customer requests
- Create customers account on MT5, store and modify it when it’s necessary, Update the existing database with changes and the status of each customer.
- Provide back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.
- Telemarketing duties include contacting current and potential customers, build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company, and provide new customers with information about our services.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed / as per KPIs targets attributes set.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a financial services representative At least two years.
- Sound knowledge of financial legislation.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
