Job Description
- Provide administrative support including mailing, scanning, and copying
- Planning and following monthly meeting topics (this include giving tasks to the employees and following them)
- Manage calendar for Director
- Assist in resolving administrative problems
- Answer calls, inquiries, and E-mails related to the department.
- Create and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Manager
- Maintain office supplies for the department
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Good research skills and attention to detail (make good presentation)
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
