Job Description

  • Provide administrative support including mailing, scanning, and copying
  • Planning and following monthly meeting topics (this include giving tasks to the employees and following them)
  • Manage calendar for Director
  • Assist in resolving administrative problems
  • Answer calls, inquiries, and E-mails related to the department.
  • Create and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Manager
  • Maintain office supplies for the department
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Good research skills and attention to detail (make good presentation)
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
