Job Description
- Prepare baseline schedule (Client & Internal)
- Prepare monthly schedule update (Client & Internal)
- Prepare biweekly progress
- Prepare monthly report
- Subcontractors evaluation & follow up
- Review daily report (Current Activities, Subcontractors, Manpower)
- Coordinate and communicate the project issues and progress with all project’s stakeholders
- Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare revised/recovery plans in case of schedule slippage
- Preparing delay analysis for EOT claims
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Science in Construction Management and Engineering / Civil Engineering / Architecture Engineering.
- Work experience: 0 - 2 years.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
