Job Description
For a new IT Consulting and Recruiting startup in new Cairo, serving multiple clients in West and Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Looking for an experienced and motivated talent acquisition specialist:
- Managing the full Recruitment lifecycle to fill the IT positions.
- Researching and Implementing new sourcing methods.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Job portals, social media and professional networks (LinkedIn)).
- Design job descriptions and interview questions to meet the position’s requirements.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Interview candidates to assess the applicant skills.
- Create a complete record of interviews.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Participate in tech events and meetups to network with IT/Tech and Product professionals
- Remote and home-office.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter.
- Familiarity with professional networks, social media and resume databases.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting using different interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in IT/Tech hiring.
- Experience in report writing and results presentation.
- Experience in a IT/Tech startup is a plus.
- 2-5 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong decision-making skills Human Resources Management.
- Bachelor degree.
- HR diploma is preferred.
- English is a must, German is a BIG plus
