Architects designer

A global architectural and engineering consultancy in Riyadh is seeking talented Architects designers with an eye for design, to join their team  .  

You will oversee all architectural activities to develop the most efficient architectural and engineering frameworks.  Research, program, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning, and building codes, and building materials and systems.

• Produce conceptual plans, renderings, and documents. 
• Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings of finished buildings, renovations, or restorations.

• Translate the development brief into a design brief and manage and monitor the design process.

• Plan and program layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.

• Utilize computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.

• Produces construction documents in AutoCAD.

• Working with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.

• Interface with Director of Architecture and Project Managers.

• Work in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.

• Assist in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.

• Provide technical support in areas of planning, designing, contracting, and construction management.  

Skills :-

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.

• 3~5 years of architectural experience.

• Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems, and site requirements.

• Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Ability to work under indirect supervision.

• Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team-building ability.

• Technically creative and open-minded.

• Computer use: MS Office, AutoCAD , Revit, 3d Max & VRay  , sketch-up , photoshop

• Sound Planning and Organizational Skills.

• Time Management Skills.

• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills both in English & Arabic
