- Preparing the necessary Marketing Plan.
- Participating and manage the Market Research and Competitive Analysis skills to complete and finalize these tasks.
- Translate business strategy into product strategy.
- Drive action throughout the organization to introduce our products to the market.
- Plan and carry out product launches.
- Manage product profitability and commercial success.
- Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages.
- Write high-level requirements .
- Support the Brand Manager and Marketing Manager updated and necessary marketing feedback and any other support they are looking for it.
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer’ feedback, requirements, and any other issues.
- Defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Securing the availability of the necessary competitors analysis.
- Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market, Customer Requirements.
- Customer Focus and acts as customer advocate articulating the customer’ needs.
- Works closely with the Marketing and Sales, to ensure and meet the customer satisfaction goal.
- Has technical product knowledge.
- Defines what to solve in the market needs according to the priorities and justifications for each part of the solution.
- In agile environments, regularly reviews completed work and follow up with customers to ensure that it meets the customer expectations.
- Is a market expert. Market expertise includes understanding the reasons customers purchase products. This includes a deep understanding of the competition in the market, and how customers think of and buy our product.
- Acts as the product’s leader within the company.
- Develops the necessary business case for our new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures.
- Develops positioning for our product.
- Recommends or contributes information in setting the product pricing according to the awareness of competitive pricing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Level Degree in pharmaceutical.
- 2-3 Years experiences preferable within pharmaceutical organization.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Subject matter expertise in a particular product or market. This should include specific industry or technical knowledge.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Excellent in Excel Word & Power Point.
