Job Description

  • The digital media buyer should understand various digital media channels, including social media, display advertising, paid search, and programmatic advertising, and be able to identify the most effective channels for reaching the target audience.
  • analyzing data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as the digital media buyer will need to work collaboratively with internal teams, external vendors, and media representatives.
  • strong attention to detail to ensure that all media buys are executed accurately and in accordance with campaign objectives.
  • should be familiar with various digital media platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • manage multiple digital media campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • should be able to think creatively to develop innovative digital advertising strategies that resonate with the target audience.
  • aware of industry trends and stay up-to-date on the latest digital media buying best practices and technologies.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is typically required for this role.
  • Prior experience ( 3-5 Years) in digital media buying, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry, is highly desirable. Experience in B2B marketing is also a plus.
  • Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred
  • Familiarity with media-buying, planning, and research
  • Interest in following advertising and media trends
  • Working knowledge of media analytics software 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills
