Job Description

  • Supervising and managing the sales department to ensure that the required objectives are achieved periodically.
  • Developing and implementing the strategic plan to achieve sales objectives and expand the customer base.
  • Participating in building relationships with customers and maintaining the provision of services that help gain customer satisfaction.
  • Effective communication, continuous evaluation, and providing suggestions and promotions.
  • Good understanding of the nature of markets and identifying available sales opportunities.
  • Determining appropriate sales methods to achieve the best results.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Managing the sales department to achieve the highest sales percentage.
  • Negotiating and finalizing sales procedures and agreements with important customers.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales ratios, measuring performance, and suggesting improvements.
  • Preparing periodic sales forecasts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual.
  • Conducting research and identifying potential customers, new customers, and new market opportunities.
  • Providing effective and timely solutions that match customer needs.
  • Ensuring that the sales department is prepared to perform tasks appropriately.

Job Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in the aluminum field
  • Possess the skills of managing and motivating the sales team.
  • The ability to negotiate and present offers in a distinctive way.
  • Proficiency in listening and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to understand, analyze and measure the performance of the sales department.
  • Proficiency in customer service skills and the ability to negotiate excellently.
  • The ability to manage the work team and communicate with different personalities.
  • Possess analytical skills and provide appropriate solutions to problems.
