Job Description
- Supervising and managing the sales department to ensure that the required objectives are achieved periodically.
- Developing and implementing the strategic plan to achieve sales objectives and expand the customer base.
- Participating in building relationships with customers and maintaining the provision of services that help gain customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the aluminum field
- Possess the skills of managing and motivating the sales team.
- The ability to negotiate and present offers in a distinctive way.
- Proficiency in listening and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in oral and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office.
- The ability to understand, analyze and measure the performance of the sales department.
- Proficiency in customer service skills and the ability to negotiate excellently.
- The ability to manage the work team and communicate with different personalities.
- Possess analytical skills and provide appropriate solutions to problems.
