Job Description

  • Responsible for ensuring all projects progress according to schedule.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of relationships Clients.
  • Responding to requests in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Maintains constant communication with clients regarding project requirements.
  • Responsible for notifying clients of relevant fluctuations.
  • Provides timely and straightforward reporting.
  • Responsible for following up on deliverable.
  • Managing expectations with clients regarding difficult projects.

Job Requirements

  • University Graduate
  • Experience in program management for a minimum of 2 years
  • Experience in Training/Learning/Educational Administration work would be preferred
  • Good in English and Arabic Languages
  • High Literacy in Microsoft tools likes; MS Office, MS Teams, MS SharePoint, and Outlook email.
  • High Communication Skills
