Job Description

  • Document controlling & Archiving all data related to Sales department.
  • Preparing Weekly, Monthly& Annual Reports related to Sales department with coordination with other company’s departments.
  • Coordinating Sales Errands task & handling between Sales Engineers in NC office ,October branch & Drivers.
  • Submitting Petty cash financial issues related to Sales department & handling it with Finance department.
  • Preparing Administrative letters &HR tasks related to Sales department (Excuse hours, Annual leaves & Attendance)& handling with HR department.
  • Preparing & submitting on system on monthly basis materials related to Sales department (NC office & October)as Stationary & Beverages .
  • Scheduling Meetings for Sales department &welcoming Sales customers & guests & taking Minutes of meetings when needed.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Resident of 6th October city or Sheikh Zayed city 
  • Prioritizing and time management skill.
  • Attention to details.
  • High level of initiative and ability to learn.
  • Female Only.
