- Assist in developing procedures to ensure the integrity of ERP systems and databases.
- Implement business requirements into technical solutions on the ERP system.
- Improve system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
- Provide support for enterprise-wide ERP systems.
- Participate in training staff members on the client's site.
- Assess customization requests and discuss them with developers.
- Instruct users on the use of software products and manuals.
- Interact with customers to provide information and resolve inquiries or concerns.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding product operation and system-related issues.
- Solve client problems by visiting them or providing remote support.
- Analyze systems and work directly with users and management to define system requirements.
- Configure the software and train employees.
- Collaborate with key personnel to define user needs and develop data processing solutions.
- Support outdoor sales activities by preparing for demos.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in Oracle SaaS ERP or SAP ERP business process integration.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry.
- A background in business administration, project management, or a related field is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
