Job Description

  • Communicate with customers to follow up orders.
  • Follow the process for fulfilling orders before sending to dispatch.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Registering new customers.
  • Responding to customer queries,  answering questions; providing information.
  • Handling customer complains by calls & texts.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calls.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a MUST
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
