- Communicate with customers to follow up orders.
- Follow the process for fulfilling orders before sending to dispatch.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Registering new customers.
- Responding to customer queries, answering questions; providing information.
- Handling customer complains by calls & texts.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
