We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and confident Sales Specialist in previous experience in Software ERP sales to join our growing team and drive sales for our business. Sales Specialist is key member of the sales team and is responsible for all aspects of the technical sales cycle. Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales target values.
- Generate and track new leads to continue expanding the reach of the business.
- Qualify the Sales Leads.
- Schedule sales appointments with prospective customers.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and educate customers about the products/services.
- Identify ways to market products to new consumers, including identifying new target markets.
- Uphold relationships with clients to ensure they remain satisfied, that their questions are answered, and that their needs are met.
- Develop and implement new sales strategies.
- Constantly seek new ways to make products more attractive to current and prospective customers.
- Owning the Sales Documentations (Proposals, Presentations and Demos)
- Working closely with implementation team to determine a client’s business needs and technical requirements.
- Ability to create/do Presentations, Proposals, and Demos.
- Preparing sales reports on accounts and transactions.
- Managing accounts for long-term success.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the Software ERP industry (preferred ERPNext)
- Understanding of the sales process cycle
- Presentable
- Bachelor Degree.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Preferred to have a car
- Excellent command of English
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
