Job Description
- Responsible for follow-up all customers reservations.
- Responsible for weekly target of reviewing data during the confirmation calls.
- Engage the customer listening ,
- Confirming or clarifying the booking information, branch location and number.
- Send the necessary emails and reports to the stakeholders according to the department policies and procedures.
- Utilize software, databases, scripts and tools appropriately.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
