Job Description

  • Prepare and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the company finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records
  • Review all invoices, contracts, receipts submitted for payment and ensure the project codes are followed. 
  • Record the daily expense and ensure the cost allocation per account and project.
  • Ensure payments to vendors in compliance with contract requirements
  • Responsible and Manage the petty cash and replenishment
  • Prepare and keep a record of all types of taxes and insurances
  • Prepare the invoices for clients
  • Responsible for Cash flow, balance sheets, daily records, financial reports, payments and receivables, Invoices settlement and collection
  • Prepare the monthly projects expense reports and ensure everything was properly recorded and allocated. 
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation of all accounts.
  • Prepare the monthly reports for the management to ensure & clarify the cost & fund treatment within the agreements with clients
  • Record and follow up the income as per contracts.
  • Prepare the quarterly & yearly reports to ensure & clarify the cost & fund treatment within the agreements with client.
  • Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variance.
  • Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory.
  • Verifying accurate standard costs.
  • Monitoring inventory transactions.
  • Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of Five years’ experience as an Inventory or Cost Accountant in the construction field.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
  • Able to operate effectively and efficiently Microsoft office applications (mainly Word, Excel and PPT).
  • Able to communicate with different stakeholders.
  • Open to handle multi tasks.
  • A real eye for detail.
  • Shows willingness to receive and give feedback in different situations.
