Job Description
- Coordinate with site to obtain the needed data.
- Follow up with project’s progress in site.
- Preparing quantity take-offs needed in client invoice.
- Support Technical Office personnel in quantity surveys (quantity take-offs) for the Structural / Architecture Or Electrical items of the project.
- Meet with project’s consultant to handle any conflict in quantity take-offs approval.
- Support site with quantities to make P.Os.
- Meet with project’s subcontractors to handle any problems or conflicts for smooth flow of work operations.
- Support Cost Control department with updated quantities to coordinate with budget file.
- Prepare quantities for V.Os.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil\Architectural Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in the same position.
