Job Description
- Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
- Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
- Ensuring all designs meet industry standards and government regulations.
- Supervising Junior Architects and assigning them tasks
- Understanding the clients requirements, preferences and environmental impacts on the construction projects.
Job Requirements
- MA Degree in Architecture or design might be preferable.
- Previous experience with local Grade A consultant firms.
- Excellent knowledge in Revit.
- Experience in designing high-rise building, skyscrapers and mega projects using international and local codes.
- Experience in Commercial and hospitality.
- A good Portfolio and several years of work experience as an Architect.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
