Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and agile Learning and Development Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about continuous learning, skill development, and making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced IT environment. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing learning strategies and programs that align with our company's goals and technological advancements. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and skill gaps.Design and develop training programs and materials, incorporating a variety of teaching techniques and technologies.Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions for employees at all levels.Stay updated with the latest trends in IT and learning methodologies to ensure our training is current and relevant.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the company.Assist in managing the learning management system (LMS) and ensure accurate tracking of employee training records.Support the onboarding process of new employees by providing essential training and resources.Participate in special projects and initiatives related to learning and development. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, IT, or related field.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning platforms.Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new technologies and software quickly.Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
