Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into 3D assets.
Optimize 3D assets for various platforms, ensuring efficient performance and high visual fidelity.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and innovation of 3D graphics.
Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure accurate representation of product features and specifications.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
Provide input on visual storytelling and user experience for e-commerce and retail environments.
Assist in the development of interactive 3D content for online and in-store experiences.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field.
3 to 8 years of professional experience in 3D graphic design or a similar role.
Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation.
Solid understanding of lighting, texturing, and shading techniques.
Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or product visualization is a plus.
