Job Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Monufya region to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular field visits to clients, presenting Minlo’s Tank cooler products and solutions effectively.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, appliances, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the Monufya market and local customer base.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.
