Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administration support, exercise confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy, and taking ownership of projects helping you develop an understanding of the strategic narrative and priorities.
- Ensure smooth management of day-to-day affairs effectively
- Undertake a wide range of tasks and assignments requiring considerable use of judgment, personal initiative, and total discretion
- Attend meetings take minutes and action points
- Will be highly organized and have a methodical approach to workload
- Have oversight of the CEO’s emails and manage them accordingly
- Act as a link between the CEO and the other stakeholders
- Assist in Board relations – such as document preparation and logistics for Board meetings
- Liaise with clients via telephone, email, and conference calls
- Supporting wider company projects
- Other ad-hoc tasks in support of the rest of the Operations
Job Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize tasks and respond to changing deadlines
- The ability to adapt to the different working styles of those you support
- Bachelor's degree
- Have a well-organized and flexible approach to the varied and demanding workload; reliability, enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Key attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Google mail
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive documents and information appropriately
- Business Administration background
- Very Good At English (Writing, Reading & Speaking).
