Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the tourist resort to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest service and uphold resort standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to optimize workflow and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor occupancy rates, guest feedback, and operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and security protocols throughout the resort.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance guest experience and resort profitability.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 year and maximum of 20 years of experience in hospitality or resort operations management.
- Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with resort management software and operational systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Experience in budget management and cost control.
