Manage the full life-cycle of recruitment activities for all positions across various functions in daily basis.
Build strong relationships with all business stakeholders and hiring managers.
Source and screen candidates through different recruitment channels.

Compile, analyze, and utilize data relating to recruiting, performance, and retention; identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
Participate in HR department development projects.
Build and develop strong partnership with universities' career centers.
Organize and participate in employment fairs and recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand.
