Job Description
- Acting as the first point of contact through handling and dealing with correspondence and phone calls to ensure the day-to-day operations are followed.
- Act as the first point of contact through doing administrative tasks and coordinating between the COO office and other departments to facilitate daily tasks.
- Managing COO schedule by creating diaries, organizing meetings and appointments, reminding the COO of important tasks and deadlines to ensure the quality of service.
- Arranging COO travels through issuing itineraries and manage accommodation, transportation, and detailed travel plans and agendas to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy.
- Organizing events and conferences through actively manage all resources to ensure on-time.
- Implementing and maintaining administrative tasks like typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence to ensure on-time and quality.
- Managed miscellaneous tasks to support manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, Ex. Completing some corporate governance reporting to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations or conducting research.
- Responsible for facilitating all the events conducted by the COO Office.
- Facilitate and attend all the mass meetings, to ensure that the meeting facility is ready, especially with meetings that have more than one site.
Job Requirements
- 3- 5 Years of sales experience or client relations experience in the beauty industry, preferably hair removal, with a successful sales track record
- Fluent English
- Excellent negotiation skills & soft skills
