Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provides business analysis to clients and prospects for a successful implementation.
• Works with the Client implementation team to configure.
• Assists the Client with system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Documents sessions, system configuration, testing, and training materials
• Will engage PM and CSM as needed for Client or Implementation concerns.
• Will create (and follow up on) Support Tickets and ERs on the Client's behalf while in Implementation.
• Identifies the need for custom reports, integrations, problems, gaps, or other technical solutions.
• Assists with the testing and deployment of custom technical solutions.
• If there is a Training engagement, the Consultant will create an Agenda as well as appropriate documentation.
• Performs product demonstrations for Sales Team in pre-sales engagements (as required)
• Provides feedback to the Product Team on new and existing features.
• Staff the “Ask the Experts” sessions (as required)
