Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provides business analysis to clients and prospects for a successful implementation.
- Works with the Client implementation team to configure.
- Assists the Client with system testing and user acceptance testing.
- Documents sessions, system configuration, testing, and training materials
- Will engage PM and CSM as needed for Client or Implementation concerns.
- Will create (and follow up on) Support Tickets and ERs on the Client's behalf while in Implementation.
- Identifies the need for custom reports, integrations, problems, gaps, or other technical solutions.
- Assists with the testing and deployment of custom technical solutions.
- If there is a Training engagement, the Consultant will create an Agenda as well as appropriate documentation.
- Performs product demonstrations for Sales Team in pre-sales engagements (as required)
- Provides feedback to the Product Team on new and existing features.
- Staff the “Ask the Experts” sessions (as required)
Job Requirements

- 5+ years of experience
- Excellent command of English
