Job Description
- Call and follow up on all drivers to ensure all lines are fully transferred on line start dates by group or over the phone.
- Record movement and arrival dates in the follow-up data at the level of each shift and send it to the Operations Manager
- Inspect cars after their arrival, record any observations in the daily follow-up statement, and send reports to Operations Manager.
- Record any problems that appear in the sector and follow up on their solution in coordination with the Operations Manager and send a statement of the problems on a daily basis.
- Supplying cars with fuel at the station that is called, issuing invoices and signing them by the driver, and making the necessary adjustments on a daily basis.
- Recording the attendance of drivers in the sector and additional trips on a daily basis to calculate wages.
- Follow up on the departure of the cars until they reach the last stop, whether by phone or through the group, and record them in the follow-up report.
Job Requirements
- Appropriate educational degree.
- Attention to details.
- Good knowledge of GPS systems and street trekking applications
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel - Word - PowerPoint).
- Excellent performance under pressure.
