Job Description
- Assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- Work closely with the sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
- Responsible for overseeing any supercharges and evaluating any alterations to both external and internal staff.
- Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
- Working as a liaison between developers and the internal sales team for training programs, site visits & all needed information.
- Handled all CRM system related data.
- Receive the weekly performance report from sales team.
- Follow up with the sales team the leads feedback.
Job Requirements
- Well versed in ‘’word & excel”
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable and voluble
- Experience in real estate , CRM experience is preferable
- Fast learner
