Job Description
- Sales process cycle
- Contract preparation and advisor in liaison with the legal department
- Contract revision and signing
- Pricing for all projects
- Leads generation
- Participating in Preparing Payment plans.
- Update the inventory (available units-sold units).
- Auditing on sales cycle and process
- Initializing customized ERP system
- Preparing all kind of reports for the top management
- Experience in Net Present Value ( NPV )
- Supervise the sales team.
- Reporting monthly sales results for the sales team.
- Handling the operations on CRM (Adding Leads on CRM. Assigning Leads to the sales team, follow up the feedback and sales comments, the rotation of the lead…)
- Managing Brokers.
- Implements short term and long term plans for operation to ensure maximum efficiency and optimized expenses.
- Prepare Evaluation report for each advertise to determine how the advertise effects.
- Follow-up with the sales team and gather the visits outcome.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate Developers is a MUST.
- Minimum Required Years of Experience 3 -6 years total experience.
- Experience in Net Present Value ( NPV ) is A MUST
- Experience in sales operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Hard worker.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant.
- Particularly good English language and Microsoft.
- Company location in new Cairo.
