Job Description
- Provide day-to-day technology support and general systems management of technical support and assistance to system administration group on available OS (MS-Win, Linux, and UNIX).Provide day-to-day technology support and general systems management of technical support and assistance to system administration group on available OS (MS-Win, Linux, and UNIX).
- Proactively oversee the monitoring of all IT devices, applications and services using a combination of tools, including Microsoft SCCM, SCOM, EMC, R&M, VMware.
- Apply and implement visualization Technologies on different platforms and applications visualization (VMware, Hyper-V Hosts and OVM).
- Manage Hardening and securing process for OS and Applications.
- Provide reactive, Proactive support, operations.
- Provide services performance tuning and optimization.
- Implement, manage, Antivirus Servers for Virus Definition Update & Scanning.
- Apply & manage Security Policies for the corporate (and subsidiaries) by administering Symantec Endpoint Protection and Encryption, Sophos, and McAfee DLP policies.
- Strongly engage in designs and maintain storage solutions.
- Perform routine security and configuration audits (regular patching, vulnerability assessment).
- Function as a team lead and mentor as well as train junior staff.
- Responsible for recovery process of OS and its related policies (Flat files) using NetBackup – Avamar.
- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot SCOM 2012, 2016, 2019 & SCVMM 2012R2,2016 ,2019.
- Configure and troubleshoot RAID, Teaming, Clustering, Fail- over and other Redundant Solutions for servers and systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- From 3-5 years of Experience .
- Males Only
- Excellent technical background for maintaining HP Servers & Dell Servers.
- Very good Knowledge and hands- on experience in MS infrastructure services; “Active Directory, DNS, IIS, DHCP, Failover Clustering and NLB”.
