Job Description

  • Develop and implement regional export strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence for packaging products.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, focusing on the printing and packaging sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners across assigned regions.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in target export markets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients to maximize profitability and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—including production, logistics, and quality assurance—to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and analyze export sales performance, preparing regular reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to all international trade regulations, export documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote CELLOPACK’s products and capabilities.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to junior export staff to foster professional growth and high performance.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years of proven experience in export management, preferably within the printing or packaging industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing export sales strategies in regional or international markets.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of building lasting business relationships.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
