Job Description
- Develop and implement regional export strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence for packaging products.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, focusing on the printing and packaging sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners across assigned regions.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in target export markets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients to maximize profitability and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams—including production, logistics, and quality assurance—to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor and analyze export sales performance, preparing regular reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to all international trade regulations, export documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote CELLOPACK’s products and capabilities.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to junior export staff to foster professional growth and high performance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years of proven experience in export management, preferably within the printing or packaging industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing export sales strategies in regional or international markets.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and compliance standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of building lasting business relationships.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
