LED & Wall Screen Maintenance Engineer

Job Purpose:

• Responsible for all maintenance works of Projectors, Barcode Printers, LED Screens and Video Wall screens in service center and outdoor visits, within the estimated response time, in required quality and suitable cost to achieve customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive reports of customer devices maintenance via telephone and email, identify visit appointments to work on these reports and close it.
• Review examining and identifying maintenance and devices of spare parts, identify codes of spare parts required to ensure accuracy of devices repairing and working efficiently. 
• Contact customers to identify visits appointment, inform them with cost of maintenance, required time to complete maintenance and receive the device.
• Identify equipment and tools used in maintenance and installations, requesting and working on testing it to ensure its efficiency.
• Resolve problems related to software of devices projector, printer paracord, screens inside and outside the center to avoid disrupting work of customers.
• Direct customers to the correct way of using devices and working time of preventative maintenance to ensure its working correctly.
• Review working of technicians of maintenance and installation inside center or outside it to ensure the best customer service.
• Contact damage and waste stores,  and send wasted and deconstructed spare parts to them after approval of direct manager.
• Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
