Job Description
- Identify and engage potential clients for prefabricated steel structures and portable cabins.
- Provide technical consultation to clients, interpreting civil and architectural requirements into tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure client specifications are met.
- Conduct site visits (virtually or in-person as needed) to assess project requirements and feasibility.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Support the sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, provided they have strong interest in sales and business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Must own a car and have a valid driving license.
