Job Description
1. Responsible for formulating and revising the contract management system;
2. Establish and optimize various contract approval procedures;
3. Drafting and reviewing company contracts and consulting on other legal affairs;
4. Provide daily legal advice to various departments of the company, provide legal opinions and suggestions for important matters of the company, and handle legal affairs;
6. Responsible for handling difficult and complicated cases or incidents and establishing a good communication mechanism with external lawyers;
7. Participate in the company's major incidents and crisis handling activities, and assist relevant functional departments in handling;
8. Handling of various contracts, accidents, disputes and disputes;
9. Able to complete the entire process of prosecution and response;
10. Establish litigation management system and procedures
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in law
2. 3-5 years of legal related work experience, with large-scale corporate legal experience preferred.
