Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Medical Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Medical Representative, you will leverage your extensive sales expertise and industry knowledge to reach out to diabetes doctors (endocrinologists and internal medicine), and effectively promote and sell our product and service offerings. Your role will involve building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target doctors within the designated territory to promote and sell our technical, marketing, and nutrition support solutions.

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our solutions to doctors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and resource.

- Collaborate with the internal team to provide timely and accurate information on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in diabetes care, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.

- Proactively address customer concerns, inquiries, and objections, providing appropriate solutions and support.

- Attend relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network, generate leads, and enhance product visibility.

- Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, pharmacy) is preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of proven success in medical sales or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.

- Strong understanding of diabetes management, healthcare systems, and the challenges faced by diabetes doctors.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with healthcare professionals.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
