Job Description
- Prepares Annual HR Budget.
- Creates Job Analysis evaluation, Salary survey, and grading system.
- Researches and designs Retention, reward, Recognition, and other benefits plans.
- Develops Compensations studies such as Profit Share, Merit Increase, annual increase, Bonus.
- Creates and updates the Compensations and Benefits Schema.
- Conducts Budget analysis, compensation and benefits studies
Job Requirements
- Solid experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
- Efficient user of Excel
- High Analytical Skills
- Able to handle a large number of headcount
- Not less than 4 years of Experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis system
- ERP user is preferred.
- Excellent command of English.
