Job Description

  • Job Purpose:
  • Responsible for the design and development of adaptive and personalized course content, materials, interactive multimedia technology-driven components, and any other support materials, maintaining ESLSCA standards.
  • Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Accountabilities:
  • Develops and designs courses structures, teaching procedures and curricula.
  • Edits, develops and recommends learning materials (both Online or offline learning materials) including job aids, online tutorials, and other multimedia materials to assist Instructors with instructional design principles and the use of online teaching and learning tools.
  • Creates learning experiences and overall environment based on audience insights and learning objectives.
  • Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
  • Designs, develops and monitors the implementation of evaluation procedures to assess effectiveness of using technologies in teaching and learning processes.
  • Tailors Learning journeys covering clients' Training Needs Assessments.
  • Assists Business development team in L&D Consultation for the client.
  • Identifies and communicates to instructors contextual best practices for applying teaching and learning theories to curriculum design.
  • Classifies and categorizes Executive Education resource books, slides and manuals for the ease access and utilization.
  • Performs any other tasks requested from Supervisor, Instructional Design or Executive Education Director.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Post Graduate Certifications in Instructional Design is preferred.
  • Three to Five years of experience in Instructional Design & Training Programs Development.
  • Experience in Educational Institutes is a must.

  • Excellent level of English Language.
