Job Description
- Act as the point of contact among CEO, management, employees, and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage CEO's calendars and set up meetings
- Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports requested by CEO
- Take minutes during meetings
- Monitor and follow up on action plans assigned by CEO
- Prepare and plan for all events hosted by CEO
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
Job Requirements
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Arabic and English languages
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
