Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact among CEO, management, employees, and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage CEO's calendars and set up meetings
  • Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports requested by CEO
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Monitor and follow up on action plans assigned by CEO
  • Prepare and plan for all events hosted by CEO
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system

Job Requirements

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Arabic and English languages
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
