Senior Partner Success:
Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customer base, the primary objective will be to provide outstanding support for customers and partners, address inquiries, and ensure overall satisfaction. Leveraging excellent communication skills and industry knowledge will engage with customers and partners to meet their needs. Additionally, will provide initial training sessions to new partners to ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience and are equipped to maximize the benefits of our products and services.
Role Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, offering support and assistance to resolve queries and issues.
- Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Provide proactive support and guidance to partners, offering product recommendations, troubleshooting assistance, and best practices.
- Conduct initial training sessions for new partners, to enhance their operations.
- Respond promptly to any inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and technical support, to solve problems and deliver integrated solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services based on partners' needs and usage patterns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and inquiries using CRM software (Salesforce).
- Monitor feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance the overall experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to provide informed support and advice to customers.
