Job Description
- Implement the yearly marketing activities as planned in accordance to the marketing strategy optimizing sales and revenue growth.
- Participate in creating and developing ideas for marketing campaigns and activities.
- Liaise with external vendors to execute marketing plans keeping all internal processes timely and properly in place.
- Monitor and follow up on external marketing vendors’ performance for constant enhancement; marketing agencies, social media agents, printing houses…etc.
- Execute all operational promotions on time as planned coordinating with stakeholders.
- Conduct marketing research as needed about consumer behaviors, habits and trends.
- Analyze marketing activities showing achievements, trends, ROI and present to stakeholders frequently.
- Work hand in hand with E Commerce on enhancing online promotional and marketing framework to positively impact the online sales performance.
- Coordinate with online selling partners on corporate marketing strategy and makings of plan.
- Run corporate social responsibility activities in alignment with corporate vision.
- Cooperate with the HR team on developing employer branding activities.
Job Requirements
- Very good knowledge of marketing theories and approaches.
- Good knowledge of Social Media practices, Google Ads know- how.
- Good knowledge of web analytics tools and performance insights.
- Creative and Innovative, Planned and Organized, Details Oriented, and Flexible.
- Bachelor Degree of Mass Com (Marketing) or equivalent.
- Social Media Management Certificate/ Diploma- is a plus.
- Photoshop Literate.
- 3 - 5 years experience
