Job Description
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
- Specify priorities and delivery dates with customer care officer.
- Specify material priorities with material planner officer.
- Prepare, manage and finalize overall master production schedule (MPS).
- Work a monthly plan and deliver a weekly loading for all parties.
- Daily follow up and control of all manufacturing process.
- Follow up plan completion and interfering to get over any obstacles.
- Schedule practical training dates with customer care officer.
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
- Developing RCCP for checking available capacity to meet the requirements.
- Dealing with technical office in updating BOM of all manufactured parts.
- Handle the Materials Resource Planning (MRP) requirements periodically. (Metal beams and sheets only)
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of engineering Mechatronics or mechanical (production) is a must.
- at least 3 years in the same field.
