Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Review, monitor and implement the requirements and goals of assets control system (surveillance equipment and measuring devices used by Al-Araby group) to ensure that the best use of assets is made effectively and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement, monitor, and direct the application of assets’ policies, procedures, and action plans (surveillance equipment and measuring devices) and provide the necessary feedback to check the system's effectiveness;
- Review and update the assets list (surveillance equipment and measuring devices) to check the quality of the assets control system inputs and support their related decision-making process;
- Review the necessary updates of the assets list (surveillance equipment and measuring devices) such as (addition - omission - scraping) on a regular basis to ensure the verification of the quality of updates process results according to reality;
- Evaluate and monitor the assets technical status (surveillance equipment and measuring devices) on a regular basis jointly with the internal and external entities to identify the effectiveness and efficiency of assets use and investment;
- Develop and implement a regular inspection plan for assets (surveillance equipment and measuring devices) to ensure assets continuous following up and control;
- Review and monitor the results of assets use indicators analysis (surveillance equipment and measuring devices) to make sure of the assets use level and develop the necessary improvement methods; and
- Perform any other related duties as may be assigned to them to achieve the goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical – Electrical Departments)
- (+4)Years of experience in related fields (QA – QC – Asset Control – Calibration).
- General knowledge of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM system) And good knowledge of 5S & JH.
- General knowledge of the applicable systems in Elaraby company, such as ISO 9001 - ISO 17025.
- Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Skilled negotiator.
- Previous experience working through work teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software.
- Presentation Design Skills.
- Previous experience in using Power PI – Minitab Quality tools.
- General knowledge in using SAP.
- Ability to analyze data, preferably previous experience in the field of QA or QC And the use of statistical techniques SPC.
- Financial background.
- Six Sigma Improvement Tools.
- Measurement System Analysis.
