Job Description
- Set Audit and ensure the implementation of the QC systems and procedures.
- Responsible for monitoring the quality of company products to ensure that the final products are in compliance with quality standards.
- Manage the implementation of all activities related to the requirements and standards of quality ISO certificates.
- Monitor pest control program, operational methods, and good manufacturing practice and take corrective actions in presence of deviation.
- Incoming material inspection according to standards, material book, and customer requirement
- Preparing for nonconformance reports for unacceptable materials
- Collect and analyze production samples to evaluate quality.
- Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff.
- Stop production if serious product defects are present.
- Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.
- Evaluate quality of materials or products.
- Confer with organizational members to accomplish work activities.
- Analyze data to inform operational decisions or activities.
- Monitor organizational procedures to ensure proper functioning.
- Communicate organizational information to customers.
- Set Weekly, Monthly & Annual Reports for Top Management.
- Training New Comers in the department on their work and transferring expertise to them to create new cadres and follow up on their performance evaluation.
- Evaluate the performance of the team and ensure the development of their skills in all matters related to quality
- Apply the approved performance indicators to measure the performance of quality management, and conduct an annual review.
Job Requirements
- Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- Superb computer skills, including database management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management
- Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
